Bioiberica has partnered with nutraceutical ingredient distributor Stauber to expand distribution of its science-backed mobility and beauty-from-within ingredients in the US, which is among one of the fastest-growing health and wellness markets. The distribution partnership has been effective since this year.
“The US plays a pivotal role in our growth strategy, offering unparalleled opportunities to advance innovation and meet rising consumer demand for science-backed health solutions. However, succeeding in this dynamic market requires more than a presence — it demands solid collaboration,” comments Joan Bassa, director of Human Health at Bioiberica.
Synergies and portfolio
Bioberica highlights the companies’ more than 100 years of combined expertise in health and well-being, and shared commitment to sustainable practices.
Shirley Rozeboom, VP of Health & Nutrition at Stauber, says: “The unique Bioiberica products enhance our portfolio, particularly in beauty, joint, and muscle wellness. We are honored to represent these science-driven ingredients for health and longevity. We look forward to meeting the diverse needs of our customers and industry markets.”
Bassa adds: “Our union with Stauber goes beyond a distribution agreement — it’s a bold commitment to connect with and empower US supplement manufacturers and advance the field of nutraceutical science through the power of true partnership.”
Bioiberica’s portfolio includes:
- Native (undenatured) type II collagen ingredient Collavant n2 (40 mg/day) for joint health. Two new clinical studies back the ingredient’s benefits.
- “Industry-first” hyaluronic acid matrix ingredient Mobilee (80 mg/day) for muscle and joint support, which is supported by new in vitro data.
- Dermial (60 mg/day) for skin and beauty, backed by a trial showing the glow effect of the ingredient.
