PanTheryx unveils Relesium supplement to ease digestion for GLP-1 users
PanTheryx launched a new patented supplement, Relesium, which is clinically shown to alleviate occasional gastrointestinal (GI) side effects commonly associated with GLP-1 drugs. These medications have transformed healthcare for people with diabetes and support many to lose weight, but users often experience GI issues, such as nausea, diarrhea, and constipation.
Relesium is an all-natural supplement for immediate GI relief and lasting gut support without compromising the efficacy of medications such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and other semaglutides and tirzepatides.
“Relesium is a game changer for individuals taking GLP-1 medications and experiencing GI issues. It’s the first product to market with proven science specifically designed to target GI distress that many patients experience,” says Dr. Harry Oken, an internist and adjunct professor of Medicine at the University of Maryland, US.
“I’ve seen Relesium address the root causes of my patients’ GI discomfort, allowing them to quickly feel their best while administering GLP-1 medications.”
Natural digestive support
Relesium combines antibody-rich chicken egg powder and bovine colostrum for a synergistic approach to gut health. PanTheryx highlights these ingredients are rich in antibodies, antimicrobial peptides, growth factors, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and prebiotics that “neutralize toxins, stabilize the gut, and promote intestinal strength and healthy permeability.”
Clinical research supports the product’s ability to significantly reduce digestive discomfort and enhance nutrient absorption.
“We’re committed to providing real solutions that address the pervasive gut health challenges faced by millions of people, including those challenges brought on by GLP-1 drugs,” says Tom Feeley, CEO at PanTheryx.
“Relesium is unlike any other gut health product on the market. It is not a probiotic or digestive enzyme. It utilizes all-natural ingredients provided by mother nature, is efficacious, and fast-acting in providing relief.”
The supplement claims to ease digestive discomfort such as occasional nausea, diarrhea, bloating, and constipation. It also neutralizes harmful pathogens in the gut, strengthens intestinal lining, stabilizes gut integrity, enhances nutrient absorption for optimal health, and supports a balanced gut microbiome with prebiotic-rich ingredients.

The use of GLP-1 medications continues to increase, with the nutrition industry developing natural alternatives and complementary products for people using the drugs for weight loss, diabetes, or to reduce heart health risks.
For example, ADM offers biotics rooted in digestive health. The company identified five unique needs for GLP-1 consumers that it addresses with its offerings. In addition to GI symptoms, ADM says people on these medications commonly struggle to retain muscle mass and remain hydrated.
Research recently unveiled another side effect, suggesting that GLP-1 weight loss therapies significantly impair taste function across all basic tastes — sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and umami.
In addition, consumers using these medications often report a reduced appetite and lower food intake, signaling a heightened need for high-quality nutrition. Experts developed nutritional guidelines for this population and emphasized patient monitoring during treatment to recognize and manage GI symptoms and inadequate nutrient intake or hydration.
