Probiotics answer consumer demands for natural immune support

She explains that while immunity is not a new demand, 2020 saw particularly strong demand. Other themes include naturality as some consumers look for alternative ways to maintain their health. The company is also set to soon launch a “disruptive” nutritional yeast.
