BioFach 2023: Applecider vinegar from German local family company

While showcasing its apple cider vinegar, Siebel told us about two alcohol-free vinegars with flavors that allow it to be a more festive alternative to alcoholic beverages. All products are made of the whole apple and are locally grown in Germany. Dr. Höhls said that its primary consumers are those aware of where the products come from and, in the future, they look toward expanding and becoming “more known in the world.”
