FrieslandCampina Ingredients presented bar, shake, and yogurt concepts at FiE 2025, designed for every life stage. We met with Nadia Ustinova, global innovation marketing manager, and Sophie Zillinger Molenaar, global marketing execution lead, who highlighted opportunities in functional yogurt by leveraging its health halo. Ustinova noted innovations in highly tailored concepts that target specific health benefits, such as cognitive and brain health, for children and adults. Zillinger Molenaar added that taste and texture remain key in healthier snacks, highlighting the company’s Excellion Textpro, which helps reduce bar hardening while boosting protein density.
